English-born Ghanaian forward Dan Agyei is yet to sign the new contract offered to him by Burnley.
The contract of the striker with the Clarets expired on June 30 and though he has been handed a new three-year deal, he has not yet appended his signature to it.
Agyei is currently nursing an injury he sustained against Blackburn in the Lancashire Cup in May this year and despite being invited by manager Sean Dyche to the senior team for pre-season, he is yet to join them as he continues to put his future on hold.
The 22-year-old attacker is one of the high ranking players in the Burnley Under 23 team which features in the Premier League Two.
