The home team restored their one goal advantage deep into first half stoppage time when sensational 16-year-old prolific strike Prince Adu Kwabena found the back of the net to break the hearts of the visitors before the break.
After recess, both teams could not add to their first half goals which saw the home team grab a vital three points to halt the league leaders impressive run of games.
The match ended 2-1 to Bechem United in the Brong Ahafo regional derby.
