Black Stars coach Otto Addo names Ghana XI for Portugal clash, Ayew, Ati-Zigi start, Tariq, Jordan Ayew benched

Black Stars head coach Otto Addo has named his starting line-up for the Group H opener against Portugal tonight.

The trainer has gone for the 3-5-2 formation with Lawrence Ati-Zigi given the nod in goal.

Tariq Lamptey and Jordan Ayew are dropped to the bench with Partey being the only EPL star to start for Ghana.

Daniel Amartey, Alexander Djiku and Mohammed Salisu will make up the three-man defense with Alidu Seidu and Baba Rahman operating as wing backs.

Abdul Samed Salis, Thomas Partey and Mohammed Kudus are preferred in midfield.

Captain Andre Ayew lines up alongside Inaki Williams in attack.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 4pm, at Stadium 974 in the capital city of Doha.
