Two additional COVID-19 fatalities have shot Ghana’s death toll from 283 to 285, officials have said.
Records available on the Ghana Health Service’s webpage indicate that the West African nation has so far confirmed 45, 388 cases after 75 new ones were recorded in the last 24 hours.
There are, however, 836 active cases with 44, 267 recoveries/discharges, according to the report.
Ghana’s capital Accra still leads the caseload with over 22,000 cases.
