Veteran football administrator Jonathan Abbey Pobee insists the Black Stars should be disbanded following their poor showing at the just-ended 2019 AFCON in Egypt.
The ace football administrator stressed that the problem is beyond coaching issue and the best will be to dissolve the team.
“As to where we have reached as a country, is not a matter of white or black coach,” Pobee stated.
“If we bring a white coach he will not succeed because the issue is beyond coaches. The Black Stars must be dissolved now,” Pobee told New Mercury FM.
Ghana lost 5-4 on penalties to Tunisia in the second round of the 2019 AFCON in Egypt as the countries 37-year-old AFCON trophy drought continued.
