The special prosecutor, Martin Amidu, has submitted his Corruption Risk Assessment report on the Agyapa Minerals Royalties deal to president Akufo-Addo.
Based on the report, Akufo-Addo directed the finance minister, Ken Ofori-Atta to head back to parliament with the deal for further scrutiny.
