The former Feyenoord man was subbed on after 20 minutes to replace the injured Higinio Marin.
Toni Tasev shot the host in front after just two minutes of action to put the hosts in the lead after he was set up by Bilal Bari.
Higinio Marin, before his injury equalized for the away team eight minutes after falling behind to restore parity.
Seven minutes after the recess, Manu scored the second goal for the Green Eagles to put them ahead in the game for the first time on the 52nd.
The Europa League side dominated the game and got their third goal of the match on the 86th minutes through Dominik Yankov’s strike to help them secure a 3-1 win on the road to go 2nd on the league log with a game in hand.
Manu, 27, has two goals in six games with one assist so far in the Bulgarian First Professional League.
