Dutch teenager of Ghanaian parentage Jeremie Frimpong traveled with the Celtic first team for their Europa League game in France on Thursday.
Dailymailgh.com understands that Frimpong, 18, who was signed from Manchester City this summer was with the junior team, but was asked to train with the senior squad ahead of the Europa League game.
He moved with the team to France for the Group E fixture but is not yet known if he is going as part of the 23 players or just going to have an experience.
Celtic boss Neil Lennon is a big fan of the teenager and asked for his signing from Manchester City in the just ended summer transfer window.
