Ghana’s Jonathan Opoku’s strike earns point for Venlo

Ghanaian International attacker Jonathan Opoku scored for VVV Venlo on Saturday.

The Ghanaian-born Dutch netted the opening goal of the game on the 57th minute to put Venlo 1-0 up at Heerenveen.

The Ghanaian struck from the penalty spot to register his sixth Eredivisie goal for the Yellow and Blacks this term.

Sherel Floranus equalized for the home team 12 minutes later after going behind to draw the host level.

The game could not produce a winer and it ended 1-1 with both teams getting one point apiece.
