Ghana and FC St Gallen first choice goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi has been named as the Goalkeeper-Of-The-Season in the Switzerland Super League for the 2022-23 campaign.
The FC St Gallen in Switzerland goalkeeper was named in the Team-Of-The-Season following a wonderfulness campaign with his club.
Ati-Zigi has been very consistent for the Green and Whites outfit this season in the Swiss top-flight with scintillating performance in the league.
The 26-year-old Ghanaian international has kept three cleansheets in 30 appearances in the Swiss Super League this campaign for his team and is one of the most important players for the club.
He’s saved two spot kicks out of 10 he’s faced this season and had a rating of 6.9 which makes him the best among the shot stoppers this season.
He was Ghana’s first choice goalkeeper at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar where the Black Stars finished last in their group.
