The 23-year-old Ghanaian left winger was introduced to the match 61 minutes into the action in place of Husein Balic.
Dominik Freiser scored a 36th minute goal to make it 1-0 to the visitors before the interval.
Eleven minutes into the second 45 minutes, Gernot Trauner made it two to the away side who were cruising to victory with some excellent football.
Two minutes after going two goals down, Cheikhou Deing reduced the deficit for the host with over half an hour of football left to be played.
The host levelled matters 18 minutes from full time with an exquisite finish from Michael Leindl to set up a frenetic finish to the match in the last quarter of an hour.
Michael Novak scored what seemed to be the winning goal of the match in the 89th minutes after a superb comeback from the host.
Two minutes into additional time the former Ghana youth star Tetteh snatched a point for the visitors at the death of the game to complete a thrilling encounter between second and third placed teams.
It ended 3-3 after some electrifying display from both teams.
