Israeli coach Avram Grant has confessed missing the Ghana job as coach of the senior national team the Black Stars.

The former Chelsea manager said he will relish a comeback to the West African country.

“I really miss Ghana and I want to re-unite with Ghana again if I am given the opportunity,” Grant told Accra-based Starr FM.

Grant has also been full of praise for the immediate past president of the Ghana FA, Kwesi Nyantakyi, who is currently serving a life-ban following his involvement in the football corruption scandal carried out by ace investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

He added: “I have so much memories about Ghana and I must say that Kwesi Nyantakyi did extremely well as the President of the Ghana Football Association, but it’s quite unfortunate.”

“There is too much politics in the game which I don’t  want to talk about or involve himself.  I love Ghana and ready to come back again”.

Ghana and Grant part ways on February 28, 2017.
