Sassuolo director Giovanni Carnevalli has spoken in relations to the possible transfer of Ghanaian forward Kevin-Prince Boateng this summer.

The Ghanaian international returned from loan at La Liga champioms Barcelona and could move away from Sassuolo, despite having two more years on his contract.

According to the Sassuolo boss, interest in Boateng has been slow though there could be a potential move this window.

“There have been timid show of interest by clubs in Kevin-Prince Boateng, I will meet the coach this week and see what his plans are,” Carnevalli told the Italian press.

“A couple of players will move this summer and probably Khouma Babacar will also go,” he added.

Dailymailgh.com can confirm that Turkish outfit Besiktas are the only club which have shown interest in Boateng so far.
