Ghanaian midfielder Bernard Mensah will play no part on Saturday when his club Kayserispor host Alanyaspor at the Kadir Has Stadium in the Turkish League opening fixture.
Dailymailgh.com understands Mensah is currently receiving treatment for an injury he sustained during the preseason and will not be involved in the crunch game.
Mensah was one of the top players of the Anatolia based club last season making 24 appearances and scoring three goals though he missed a total of three months of action due to injuries.
The Ghanaian international is expected to feature when Kayserispor travel to Ankaragucu for their week 2 game.
