English Premier League New Boys Luton Town Football Club are keen to sign Ghana’s experienced forward, Andre Ayew this summer, Dailymailgh.com understands.
The Haters beat Coventry City FC on penalties in the English Championship playoffs final on Sunday afternoon at the Wembley Stadium after a 1-1 stalemate.
After their promotion, the club have set sight on the Ghana captain as their prime target for their debut season in the English Premier League since the Premier League came to being in 1992.
Ayew recently played his 100th game in the English Premier League across three clubs, that’s Swansea City 46 appearances, West Ham 43 appearances and Nottingham Forrest – 12 appearances this season.
Andre Ayew has been rewarded by the Premier League for making 100 appearances. He becomes the 5th Ghanaian to achieve this milestone.
Ayew will leave Nottingham Forest FC this summer after today’s game in the English Premier League which is the last of the season and will become a free agent in June and throughout the summer period.
With this development, Luton Town have reached out to the agent of the player as they’ve shown keen interest in signing the Ghana captain before the season starts in August.
