Sagnarigu: Seven rioting NPP executives suspended

Seven executives of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Sagnarigu constituency have been suspended over disturbances which led to destruction of party properties.

Scores of supporters of the NPP over the weekend went on rampage – destroying properties at the party constituency office to protest failed attempts to recruit them as officers in the ongoing National Identification Exercise registration.
