Upper East: Three killed by unknown gunmen in Binduri

Three people, including a woman, have been shot and killed in Gumyoko, a community in the Binduri District of the Upper East Region.

According to reports, armed men attacked the victims’ residence on the night of Saturday, March 8, and opened fire, killing all three on the spot.

The motive behind the attack remains unclear.

Although calm has been restored, security has been tightened in the area. A joint team of military and police officers has been deployed to ensure the safety of residents and protect property.
