Ama Dokua supports Okaikwei North women on Mother’s Day

Nana Ama Dokua Asiamah-Adjei, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Okaikwei North has supported women in the constituency to mark Mother’s Day over the weekend.

“I spent yesterday celebrating the incredible mothers of Okaikwei North constituency. Their love and strength are the bedrock of our community, and it was a privilege to express our gratitude to them,” said Asiamah-Adjei.

The Mother’s Day celebration saw Asiamah-Adjei engaging with women in various market places, churches, and the homes of religious and traditional leaders’ wives across the constituency. Her gesture of kindness and commitment to their well-being was met with overwhelming appreciation from the recipients.

“We’re committed to doing even more for these amazing women. Let’s all come together to celebrate and empower the pillars of our society,” Asiamah-Adjei added, highlighting the importance of continuous support and empowerment for women in the community.

The women, who received various gifts and support, expressed their elation and heartfelt thanks.

“It feels wonderful to be recognized and appreciated for our hard work,” said one mother. “Nana Ama’s visit and her gifts mean a lot to us. It shows that she truly cares about our well-being.”

Another recipient, Abena Yeboah, noted, “This Mother’s Day has been very special because of her kindness. We feel supported and valued, and we are hopeful for more positive changes in our community.”
