At the anniversary ceremony, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is expected to present his “Selfless Leadership and Bold Solutions” agenda to the NPP members in the United States who will be gathering for the celebration. Dr. Bawumia is also likely to seek the support of NPP-USA for his campaign and to assure them of his commitment to vigorously “fight” for the presidency of Ghana in the upcoming December 7, 2024, general election.
The 68-member planning committee, led by Chairman Mr. Emmanuel Yaw Mensah and co-chaired by Mr. James Owusu from NPP Cincinnati, Ohio, and Mr. Janis Asare-Bediako from NPP Washington DC, WA, with Mr. Bright Osei-Bonsu Gyimah from NPP Boston, organized the NPP-USA 30th anniversary celebrations.
