The Technical Director of the Ghana Football Association, Bernhard Lippert says Ghana is no longer a powerhouse in Africa Football.
The Technical Director believes a lot of countries are way ahead of the four-time Africa Cup of Nations winners which makes them a normal football country on the continent.
According to him, the people of Ghana talk too much but the reality is that most countries in Africa now are better than Ghana.
“I think we are talking too much as a people. In Africa, most of the countries are ahead of us and we think we are still a football powerhouse. We need to work hard.”- Bernhard Lippert, (Technical Director, GFA)
He made this clear at the Ghana football launch today in Kumasi ahead in response to how various national teams have come under severe criticism.
