Ghanaian attacker Eric Ocansey was on the score sheet on Sunday as his side Kortrijk were defeated 2-1 by Standard Liege in the Belgian Pro League.
Ocansey, 21, was the star at the Maurice Dufrasne stadium putting up a great show as his side succumbed to defeat in the 90th minute.
The Ghanaian who operated on the wings but occasionally shifted to a more central role just behind the striker netted the opener with a cool finish in the 34th minute.
Standard Liege who were playing at home fought back and equalized in the 82nd minute through Kostas Laigis before Sellim Amallah netted the winner in the 90th minute.
Ocansey was a delight to watch throughout the game as he caused serious problems for the Liege defenders.
