‘Glad to be back on the field’ – Ghana’s Alidu Seidu after injury return in Ligue 1

Ghanaian defender Alidu Seidu is in ecstacy after making a return in the French Ligue 1 for his club on Sunday evening at home and infront of the fans.

The Ghana defender Alidu Seidu has finally made his injury return in Clermont Foot 63 FC win over AC Ajaccio in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday evening.

“Glad to find the field. +3 congratulations to the whole team,” wrote the defender on social media

The Ghanaian international played 80 minutes on his return to full fitness for his club in their 2-1 win over the Red and Whites at home.

Ghanaian forward Grejohn Kyei bagged brace for Clermont Foot 63 FC in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday afternoon at home.

The striker scored both goals for his club as they beat AC Ajaccio 2-1 at home to boost their hopes as they move way beyond the drop zone.

Alidu has played 21 League games this season in the French Ligue 1 for his club and made his first appearance after sustaining injury just after the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar.
