Ghana’s U-23 forward Asumah Abubakar-Ankra continued with his free scoring form for SC Kriens as they won 4-2 at FC Chiasso on Saturday.
The 23-year-old who represented Portugal at youth level has been flourishing in the Switzerland Challenge League for the Green and Whites this campaign.
Abubakar-Ankra scored a stupendous first half hat-trick in his last outing at home in his team’s 4-1 win over FC Aarau to make amends after missing a spot-kick in the previous game.
The Kumasi – born attacker notched his side’s first goal of the game on the 14th minutes as they cruised to a 4-2 victory to keep their promotion dreams alive.
Out of 30 games played this season in the Switzerland second tier, the former Willem II striker has 19 goals involvement with 14 goals and five assists to his name.
