The Eastern Regional Deputy Women’s Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Miss Monica Kessewaa, has distributed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other items to the various constituencies in the Kwahu Block.
The items distributed include 50 bags of rice,1000 bottles of hand sanitizers and 1500 pieces of face masks as part of efforts towards the fight against the coronavirus.
She personally led the distribution of the items in the Kwahu Block and shared among the locals in the area.
The beneficiaries who received the items were full of gratitude and underscored the need for individuals to be supported with other items like sanitary products.
Others including Market women, drivers, persons on the street, individuals in households and shop keepers also benefited from her kind gesture.
She was accompanied by Mr.Kwaku Boateng, Abetifi Constituency Youth organizer; Madam Grace Sampong, Deputy women’s organiser among others.
