We’ve not discovered vaccine for Coronavirus, ignore false claims – KNUST

Management of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has debunked claims that the institution has discovered a vaccine for the novel Coronavirus which originated in Wuhan, China.

“No such discovery has occured,” KNUST stressed in a statement.

According to the press release, purported headlines have been circulating on social media that a professor named, Dr Israel Niuki is the supposed project supervisor. It said the said professor has no affiliations with KNUST.
