Division One clubs in the Ashanti region are urging Asante Kotoko and AshantiGold to go all out and shine at their CAF Inter Club Competition matches slated for this weekend at Baba Yara Stadium and Obuasi Len Clay respectively.
“We believe in the capabilities of your players, technical team and the management to make Asanteman and Ghana proud”.
“To the players, we are with you and for you! You are our heroes and we expect you to churn out a good performance”, Amidu Abdullai, chairman of Ashanti Region Division One clubs and owner of Asokwa Deportivo said in a statement.
Ashgold will take on Akonangui FC Saturday at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi at 3pm while Kotoko battle it out with Kano Pillars on Sunday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium at 3pm.
