The Dream Projects Education Foundation has made donations to 400 students.
The donations covered five schools in the Ashanti Akim North District in the Ashanti Region. The beneficiary schools are: Afrisere LA Primary, Dukusen LA Primary, selected students from Ananekrom Primary and JHS, Kwame Addo Primary and Bahankra Primary and JHS.
The items donated included exercise books, pens and shoes to beneficiary students.
Ananekrom Basic school on the other hand received boxes of chalk.
The Foundation is very grateful to HRH Akosua Osei, Mr Baah Agyemang and other donors for their support, it said in a statement.
“The Dream Projects is kindly appealing to everyone to reach out to needy students in their communities, villages and towns since the young ones are not just future leaders but the future itself.”
Teachers and students shared their joy and appreciation to the Dream Projects team for driving all the way from Accra, by-passing equally or even more needy students to come to their aid.
