Former Black Satellites midfielder Amidu Salifu has signed for Kuwaiti outfit Al Samiyah on a one-year loan deal from Fiorentina.
Salifu, 26, joins the Terrible Troublers on a season deal with an option to buy if he impresses.
The talented central midfielder had a bright start to his Fiorentina career making his Serie A debut on April, 23, 2011 against Cagliari and going on to make 15 more appearances, but has virtually been turned into a loan player in the past seven years playing for clubs including Catania, Modena and others.
Salifu was part of the Ghana National Under 20 team which failed to make it to the World Youth Championship in Columbia in 2011.
