Ghana’s first gentleman Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo says he will not allow Black Stars coach Otto Addo to return to Dortmund for qualifying Ghana to the World Cup in Qatar.
The Black Stars saw off the huge challenge from the Super Eagles of Nigeria to book qualification for the next FIFA World Cup tournament after drawing 1-1 in Abuja.
Just after the game, the Ghanaian leader Akufo-Addo called Otto Addo on phone to congratulate him and about his plans to kidnap him so he won’t be able to return to Dortmund where he works as a development manager.
“You have done well but when you come to Ghana we won’t allow you go back to Dortmund. Thank you and I appreciate, the whole Country is proud and people will not sleep tonight, congratulations to you”
Ghana will know their opponents for the upcoming FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar on Friday after the draw.
