Ghana’s Black Meteors forward Kwame Poku Adubofour has been named in the English League One Team-Of-The-Week after scoring a goal and providing assist.

The young Ghanaian scored his first goal of the season for Peterborough United FC in the English League One on Tuesday evening.

The young lad also provided an assist in his team’s victory over Barnsley FC on the road in a hard earned 3-1 away win in the English third tier.

After a goalless first 45 minutes of the match, Barry Cotter scored the opening goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up six minutes into the second half but Hecter Kyprianou equalized on the 74th minute mark.

Poku then switched on and set up Jonson Clarke-Harris to scored the second goal for the Blue and Whites outfit as they took the lead after 76 minutes.
