French defender of Ghanaian parentage Enock Kwateng is lamenting over Bordeaux’s 1-0 defeat to PSG in the French Ligue 1 over the weekend.
Kwateng maintains that his side does not deserve to lose as they played very well in the crunch game.
“I think we played very well. The problem is that we missed a lot of chances, our aim was to win and we could have gotten something from the match,” Kwateng told Girondis33.
“We made a big error and they capitalized on it and scored. PSG is a big team, if you do that they will punish you.”
“We will do our home work well and continue to work hard in the next game,” he added.
Kwateng was signed from Nantes this summer and has risen to become Bordeaux first choice centre back.
