Lockdown extended as Ghana records 378 COVID-19 cases – Akufo-Addo declares

President Akufo-Addo has extended the lockdown by one more week in Accra, Tema, Kasoa and Kumasi.

Speaking in an address to the nation on Thursday evening, he appealed to Ghanaians to observe the social distancing protocols and also cooperate with the security agencies.

He said the extension takes effect Monday, April 13, 2020.
