NPP race: Kwesimintsim MP Prince Armah goes all out for Bawumia

Today is a day of extraordinary significance! We gathered with hearts beating with a common rhythm of hope and possibility at the King of Kings Whindo Auditorium, in my beloved Kwesimintsim Constituency with our minds fixed on one single purpose – to press forward in our march towards victory for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

We stand at the brink of greatness and progressive change, and the time to seize this moment is now!

We, as a party and as people, must see, understand, and discern the times and seasons. A critical mass of new, vibrant, forward-thinking, tried and tested movers and shakers are naturally gathering from all corners of the world to take over the mantle of political leadership. The leader to usher us into this bright new dawn and put us on the global stage is Dr. Bawumia.

As a party, we stand at the crossroads once again. But this crossroad is of a unique kind. We stand at a place where we have the unique opportunity to permanently silence critics and naysayers. We have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to totally dispel the notion that our party is Akan-centric when it comes to electing a flagbearer. We have the opportunity to demonstrate to the good people of Ghana that we uphold the values and virtues of hard work, humility, and service. Edwumapa gya owura Kwan.

We need a leader who is a perfect bridge between the youth and the older generation of our dear country. Dr. Bawumia offers the best of both worlds. He believes in the passion and innovation that comes with youthfulness. And he believes in the experience that comes with age. His vision is to use a perfect blend of both youth and experience to rapidly propel us forward. Let us join forces with him to bring this bold vision into reality.

It takes frontline soldiers to become good generals of the best armies. Some have hidden safely behind the walls of ministerial power. They have not been on the frontline of the battlefield. They have not been directly in the line of fire. Their mettle has not been tested. Yet, they seek the highest office in the land. That should not be the case. We do not have the luxury to do trial and error. The one who has gone to war and has waged a good warfare, and bears the scars of battle, is the one who must lead his people to victory. That humble but brave warrior is Dr. Bawumia!

We are free men and women of a sovereign country. But the mental shackles of limitation, impossibility, mediocrity, self-doubt, and fear still bind many of our people. We cannot develop our full potential until the chains and shackles that bind us mentally are completely shattered. It takes a leader with a positivity and possibility mindset to liberate the minds of his people and to inspire in them a new sense of self-belief. The holy bible tells us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. The holy Quran says, “Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.”

Dr. Bawumia is a man of uncommon mental strength and fortitude. He is the leader with the ability and capacity to emancipate our youth and our people from the mental shackles that silently bind us. He is the one to propel us to new glorious heights of development. His mantra reflects the courage of his conviction. “IT IS POSSIBLE!”

The bond that exists between me as your humble servant MP and Dr. Bawumia is not only strong – it is a powerful alliance of mutual respect, true belief, trust, and a deep desire to work together for the betterment of our constituency, our region and our dear country. I have no doubts whatsoever that with Dr. Bawumia, Kwesimintsim Constituency and the Western Region will rapidly scale up in development. Y3 b3 fa h3n tam pa efura.

So, my dear friends, let us unite behind Dr. Bawumia! Let us march together, shoulder to shoulder, hand in hand, towards a future that our children and grandchildren will be proud of! Together, we will create a legacy of progress, prosperity, and unity that will echo through the ages!

Long live Team DPHA. Victory for Dr. Prince Hamid Armah.
Long live Dr. Bawumia. Victory for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Long live the Republic of Ghana.
God bless you all.
