Ghana’s new captain Andre Ayew is optimistic that the Black Stars can cause a major upset in Egypt during the Africa Cup of Nations.
The Swansea forward believes there are lots of good players in the team and they can do something meaningful if each player does his best.
“With the quality Ghana has, if every player gives 100 percent, we can shock everyone,” Ayew stated at a presser ahead of tomorrow’s game with Benin.
The Black Stars last won the trophy 37 years ago in Libya and they are hoping to break that jinx.
