Ghanaian young forward Jesurun Rak-Sakyi who scored for fun at Charlton Athletic FC in the English League One last season is dreaming to play for Ghana and represent the country at the World Cup.

According to his former coach at Charlton Athletic, the young Crystal Palace starlet is keen to play Ghana which would mean choosing the Black Stars over the Three Lions of England though he previously played for the English U-21 team.

“[Jesurun Rak-Sakyi] has ambitions to play in the Premier League and represent Ghana, to play in World Cup.” Hayes emphasized the young player’s desire to showcase his skills on the grand stage, which has fueled his aspirations to represent Ghana.

The youngster is hugely gifted with the eye of scoring goals for fun and could be a positive addition to the Ghana team should Chris Hughton decide to trust in youth players and invites him for a national assignment in September.

He banged in 15 goals 12 assists in 43 appearances helping the Red and Blacks outfit reach the top half at the end of the season in the English League One.
